Welcome to Uratta National Association, USA Inc.

Uratta National Association, USA Inc. (UNA-USA) is a socio-civic non-profit organization with tax exempt 501 (c)(3) status formed in 2008 that aims to unite UMU-URATTA in the USA and champion the economic development of Uratta. The 10 villages that make up Uratta wish to call all her sons and daughters plus well-wishers to help contribute to the growth and success of the organization and the successful completion of projects to benefit the community.

WHO WE ARE	WHAT WE DO	HOW TO HELP US
We are the sons and daughters of Uratta (Owerri North LGA, Imo State, Nigeria) in the USA, Canada and Mexico who wish to give back and help socially and economically the entire Uratta community.  More info can be found on the about us tab.	We, the more fortunate here in North America, try to help our fellow men and women in the Uratta community by sponsoring a project.  The last few years, it has been the rehabilitation of Uratta Secondary school.  More info can be found on the project tab.	Every year we hold a convention in a different part of the country to raise funds for a particular project.   It is also a chance for us to get together and have fun, eat & dance. Next year (2025) we will be meeting in late June in the city of Newark, NJ   More info can be found on the event tab.
